Position Overview:


We are looking for a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Oshawa on a part-time contract basis. This specialized role is ideal for a clinician looking to grow a focused pelvic health caseload with the dual support of professional mentorship and internal cross-referrals. We offer highly flexible scheduling options with shifts available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

  • Private Clinical Space: Dedicated, private treatment rooms optimized for sensitive pelvic health assessments and treatments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive internal and external pelvic floor assessments for a diverse caseload (e.g., pre/post-natal care, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse).

  • Design, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans utilizing education, manual techniques, and specialized exercise prescription.

  • Maintain clinical records cleanly and securely in accordance with college regulations.

  • Act as an advocate for pelvic health within the clinic, collaborating cross-functionally with other practitioners for holistic patient care.

 

Qualifications:

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).

  • Roster certification with the CPO to perform internal pelvic examinations.

  • Completion of specialized training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy (e.g., Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1–3 or equivalent).

  • Valid professional liability insurance.
