Care That Starts With Understanding You

Pain and injury can affect more than your movement. They can interrupt your work, workouts, sleep, and everyday routines.

At ODP Physiotherapy & Wellness, we take the time to understand what you’re experiencing and how it is affecting your life. Your physiotherapist will assess your movement, identify contributing factors, and create a treatment plan focused on helping you move with greater comfort and confidence.
